CEREMONY SPACE

Your ceremony space will be clean and simple. I propose one of the three looks above with either having two tall, thinner altar arrangements or a thin brass/copper arch that Carrie can dress up a bit more. Your chairs will be a charcoal grey/black lined with different height hurricane vases. Ignore the aisle runner and petals on that picture please and thank you. :)

COCKTAIL + LOUNGE AREA

Your cocktail area will be simple and clean with a little glam and glitz linens. We will have clear votives to bring some ambiance.

If budget permits, it would be a nice touch to have a lounge area where your guests can sit and mingle. I'd also like to do some sort of glass/mirror escort wall or escort cards.

TABLE DETAILS

Your tables will be a mix of long rectangles and rounds. The rectangle tables will have patterned cream linens with a cool texture and the rounds will have a satin champagne linen. Gold accents will come in with your china and flatware, with an old Hollywood touch with Chameleon chairs and black satin cushions,

FLORALS

For your florals, I'd like to bring in clean, crisp peonies, etc. in creams, and tonal pale blushes with specs of white anemone's (which are on the ledt with the blue center). You table florals will be in glass vessels surrounded by glass votives in different heights.

LIGHTING

Dan from Shindig Lighitng will be sending an official proposal with better photos (!) but the above is what we are thinking! Your cocktail space will have ambient up-lighting in gold/amber with one of these chandeliers hanging from the skylight.

Your reception space will also have a mix of the above three throughout the ceiling as well as pin spots and up-lighting. If budget permits, I would also love to see a Gobo lighted pattern on the back wall matching the pattern on your linens. Champagne colored drapery will line the sides -- Dan will also send a photo of that so you can see!
