Romantic, Blush + Lace Wedding :: LINLEY + JOEY

I have been DYING to blog about this wedding for months! Legiterally (my new word) this wedding was everything; gorgeous couple, awesome design, super fun family and guests and killer vendor dream team! As some of you know, I'm going through a re-brand with my new website (thanks for checking it out!) and currently working on my new logo and brand. I've been asked a few times by my business coach and branding chica "Who my ideal client is", and it never occurred to me until I went back to Linley + Joey's wedding photos and the relationship I have with them that I realized Linley was definitely one of my ideal brides! We immediately connected the minute we spoke and I couldn't wait to maker her day so so special. This girl is laid back, down to earth, real, creative, smart, always, always laughing and I am so happy to call her my friend. I love, LOVE when a friendship surpasses the client / wedding planner relationship!

Both New Yorkers, Linley wanted something serene and by the water for her wedding day to get away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. Obviously she fell in love with the Inn at Longshore in Westport, Connecticut; I mean who wouldn't! With its gorgeous ballroom and waterfront views paired with food coma-esq catering by On the Marc Events, it was totally Linley and Joey's style! Weekend events started with a Friday night welcome dinner for anyone who wanted to start the festivities a early to an after party after the reception catered by Shake Shack and ending on Sunday with a delicious brunch at The Dolce.
