COCKTAIL HOUR

For cocktail hour, I propose a solid, textured linen in a neutral with mixed gold votives that surround the scotch vessels you are making for the high top tables.

FLORAL ESCORT WALL // TABLE

The Escort table is one of the first things your guests will see when entering your reception space. I would love to have your escort cards hanging on some type of wall installation as opposed to the traditional "on the table". This does not have to be an expensive floral wall, but I want this to be more outside of the box than normal.

Above are some ideas for you to consider for "take home" escorts. The photo on the left has seeds in each envelope so your guests can plant them after your wedding. The other two photos are bookmarks we can put your guests names and table numbers on them. I know you have a few ideas as well that I would love to hear to see if we can make it work.

For your reception table details, I do want most of your budget to go to lighting and drapery (sorry, Elizabeth)! But to keep your tables awesome, I propose a muted linen in off white or ivory with a fun napkin in navy blue, accented with a cool gold charger. Your votives would be either in a mix of clear, blue and gold. Some table would have tall candlesticks as well, as shown above in the middle photo. We can add more pops of color with a colored wax, or keep them white. You can choose either clear or gold for the vessel. And I didn't forget your Chivari chairs! I have two options above -- gold or fruit-wood. I'm leaning towards the fruit-wood. :)

To bring in the tartan, I would suggest either tying it around the napkin, like a napkin ring, or the forks.

Did you take a look at the Smith website to look at their inventory? The three chargers shown above are what I would choose.

FLORALS

For your florals, I propose low, loose, romantic florals in with a gold, clay or canned vessel. Your colors would have the bright oranges, yellows, pinks with a little navy in them like the color scheme above.

LIGHTING + DRAPERY

I have added the photos you like above for lighting and drapery. We will drape the front entrance and tie it with eucalyptus leaves and tartan ribbon. The ceiling will be draped like the photos above.

Lighting would include, up-lighting in your choice of color as well as bistro lighting throughout the room.
