For your tented ceremony space. I propose crossback chairs with floral aisle markers and either a hanging arch or stationary one.

Above is your proposed floor plan. I have to double check with OTM and The Hanger to confirm this layout will work. But fingers crossed! I have placed the cocktail spaces behind the head table and to the right on the patio. This is also, depending on how many planes we can move around. :)
This floor plan seats 184 max, so we def have room to move or take away for more space. The dance area is about 28x28.

COCKTAIL + LOUNGE AREA

Because of the spatial layout, your cocktail area will be behind the head table like in the floor plan below as well as the outdoor patio to the right of the hangar. Danielle from Gather + Lounge will be sending me a proposal of the lounge furniture with photos so you can have a better visual. In the meantime, above are some pieces I pulled from her website for inspiration. The furniture will be in blues and burnt oranges with wrought iron accents.
For linens, I propose a either a patterned or solid linen in orange like above. A simple succulent centerpiece in a black geometric vessel will compliment the cocktail tables, along with clear votive candles.

HEAD TABLE DETAILS

Your head table will be the "show table". I propose two 8 ft farm tables together, like in the floor plan with a river rock runner down the middle -- a nod to your dad. Carrie would basically make "trees" coming out of them like the photo on the right (but waaaayyy less crazy!). Lol. From there, we would hang clear votive candles for ambiance.
GUEST TABLE DETAILS

For your guest tables, we would have natural Irish textured linen, charcoal or black plates (your choice!), clear glassware and to round out the industrial feel, Gunmetal Bistro chairs. To add accent and ambiance, we would have a mix or clear low votives and matte black candlesticks.
For you napkins and menu cards, I propose putting them together like the photo above keeping to your organic, semi-sustainable theme. The napkins would be in an indigo/darker denim color with white font.

FLORALS

Your florals for the ceremony will be loose, airy and neutral with lots of greens and something, (I'll have to ask Carrie) for texture. Your tables florals will be a mix of potted plants, succulents and greenery IE eucalyptus or magnolia leaves. We can also add some flowers to soften it a little if you'd like.
